The daily management of the Foundation and direction of fundraising activities is the responsibility of the Managing Director, Arleen Stevens. Working with Ms. Stevens are Bernadette Jordan, Development Officer and Belinda Smith, Accounting Services.
Arleen Stevens, Managing Director
Arleen Stevens has been the Managing Director of the Health Services Foundation for the past 8 years. Arleen comes from a fundraising background having worked for Saint Mary’s University, The IWK Foundation and The Abilities Foundation. Her role with the Health Services Foundation has expanded to include Major Gifts Development and Planned Giving.

Bernadette Jordan,Development Officer
Bernadette Jordan joined the Health Services Foundation in 2006 as the Development Officer after a long career in media. Bernadette works with community organizations and businesses developing 3rd party fundraising strategies as well as coordinating special events for the Foundation.

Belinda Smith, Accounting Services
Belinda Smith has been with the Health Services Foundation since 1992 in various capacities. She joined the staff full time 3 years ago as the Development Assistant and is now in charge of accounting services.
